Abortion Legalized

Yesterday there was so many news about abortion. You know what is abortion?

By Wikipedia: Abortion is the termination of pregnancy by the removal or expulsion from the uterus of a fetus or embryo before viability (have the ability to live).

By another web : expenditures products of conception (meeting the egg and sperm cells) before the fetus can live outside the womb. It is a process of termination of life of the fetus before it was given a chance to grow.

The purpose I make this article just want to share what I think about positive side and negative side from the abortion article of government regulation 61/2014 about reproduction of health which i read in the newspaper yesterday. this article just want to show the danger from abortion.                 

the first earlier we know what abortion is according a view some of web. and the second i will show :

Article 31 verse (1)

abortion action just can do based indication

a. medical emergency or

b. pregnancy due to rape

Article 31 verse (2)

action abortion of effect of rape as is in verse (1) letter b just can do if gestational age longest 40 days calculated since the first day last menstruation.

Article 32 verse (1)

medical emergency indication as is in article 31 verse (1) letter a include :

a. gestational threatening of lives and mom health ; and/or

b. gestational threatening of lives and fetus health, including

who suffer from severe genetic diseases and/or congenital defects or not can repaired so render difficult that baby live in out of fetus.

Article 34 verse (1)

pregnancy due to rape as is in article 31 verse (1) letter b is gestational sexual relation result without consent from women side corresponding with provisions of legislation

Article 34 verse (2)

pregnancy due to rape as is in verse (1) evidenced with :

a. gestational age corresponding with the rape incident which be stated by doctor's description letter ; and

b. description investigator, psychologist, and/or another expert about allegations of rape

last week, I was read a news that the title is “Abortion of Rape Victims Legalized” and the ontents is that :

our president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono have sign that the rule legalized abortion in government regulation number 61 in 2014 . on July 21th 2014. legalized abortion in government regulation number 61 in 2014 refers at legislation number 39 in 2009 Article 75 verse 1 that mention everybody prohibited do abortion except based indication of  medical emergency and or pregnancy due to rape.

Assembly Head Honorary of Medical Ethic Indonesian Doctor Bond Dr Priyo Sidipratomo confirms on basicly, pregnancy should not be in the abortion. gestational is process that must reached until finish. " basicly , should not be abortion," he say. but he resume, pregnancy on certain condition that be threat, example, pregnancy that experienced by people with heart disease, so step  abortion justified because can be threat continuity of live. 

ad for abortion for the victims of rape, according he is, be run with look at levels of psychologist pressure that experience by victims of sexual violence. According  priyo, a women by victims of sexual violence must observed and examined her condition with some of expert. in condition the victims pregnant,  psychiatric factor and pregnancy must observed well. if indeed condition pregnancy lowering her mental health, so can be do abortion. "this also can reached as step keep mental health". priyo says

Vice Head of Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) Maria Advianti states government regulation opposite with legislation number 23 in 2002 about child protection (UU PA *in Indonesian language*). Maria explain, child protection legislation at Article 1 has guarantee  the safety of the children from the womb until 18 years old.

Head of KPAI Asrorun Niam Sholeh confirms , women that be victims of rapemust protected. if abortion forced to do for the victim of rape, so that must do before fetus 40 days. because on those age fetus hasn't blown a soul . "if (abortion) done more 40 days, so that not be permitted by legislation and religion" said him.

Head of Assemblies Clerics of Indonesian Field of Women's Empowerment Hj Tutty Alawiyah also worried about this government regulation. " if this government regulation.  

Then, I think also same with another people later. I think government regulation about abortion legalized it’s not a good idea. We must purgative this problem from the root. The root? Yes the root. From why people can abortion. ,why people want to abortion and another question like them. The first, why people chose to abortion her fetus. Usually, at generally people choose to abortion her fetus because didn’t want to born a child from secret relation. Yes, secret relation can be when one of them already has a husband or a wife or a unmarried girl and unmarried man. And because victims of rape. Yes this government regulation can help for victims of rape but how about the another layer?  Secret relation?. whatever the layer I still not agree with this abortion legalized.

1.      People who want to abortion with laying that they was victims of rape it can be just lie. why? How can? Ah see?. Yes. She can say that she was the victims of rape but in real they do the sexual relation with her boyfriend because they pleasure but she never want to say who was raped him because she didn’t want her boyfriend go into jail. And so she say she forget about who raped him because she was in not aware condition its can be. Or she was in threatening of her boyfriend.

2.      To protect the victims of rape? Did you ever think it is can be opportunity for the subject of rape. the subject will be think “I don’t worry to rape a someone (girl) because if she has pregnant she can be abortion. Why? Because she was a victims of rape and there are government regulation about abortion which if the victims of rape can be abortion her fetus. So? The subject of rape can be do his evil thinking freely.  (that my thinking)

The government, should be protect the woman before be the victims of rape not after be the victims of rape. they should be get safe feeling when they do their activity in public. I think the government should go up the safety of facility. Example, on the public transportation. the dark place or quiet road.  The bus, the bus stop must be safe. You know the case about act of despising in bus stop? In the bus? The subject is very smart to use the situation for the evil idea. When the people busy go into bus for get the sits, they action pretend want to get the sits, join to mob people and they do that. What can the victims do? They feel that someone act of despite to her but she was confused. Who the subject? Who the subject at between many people of passenger. They want to shout but the can’t because they aren't know who the subject. Or if the subject is knows by the victims, the subject will say “hey, why?  I am not do it. Are you crazy or what? I just quiet in here”. May be he will say like that.

so the core, I think is not a good idea to make a government regulation about abortion legalized . maybe they have a reason why this government regulation is born. maybe they think there is a positive and negative side but I feel is so much negative side than positive side.
